About Us

Souvlaki by the Butcher is a family-run business. Johnny is a trained Chef and Butcher by trade — he cuts, marinates and grills everything himself, the way it's meant to be done. What started as running the canteen has grown into catering, private events, and now taking charge of the soccer club canteen permanently. We want to share it with everyone — from birthdays and celebrations to work functions and beyond.
